Delivery Policy

 

Occasionally, balloon colors may vary slightly, or substitutions are necessary due to temporary or regional availability issues and due to the organic nature of our arrangements, they may differ slightly from what is shown on the website.  If this is the case, our experienced Balloon Stylists will work to ensure your arrangement is as beautiful as the one you have selected.

Customer’s Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the given recipient information is complete and correct. If there is a delay in the delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the order will not be refunded.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries during the selected time frames, but we cannot guarantee it. During extreme weather conditions we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time and date. If we do not succeed in delivering your order, the order will be delivered as soon as possible. Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en-route to delivery.

If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call us directly. We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail. If for any reason you are not happy with the service rendered or balloons delivered, please contact us so we can solve it as soon as possible.
